410s and 460s, drooping?x

I had overs 4 days ago cus that what the surgeon suggested. I have 2 say my mate had unders and mine dont look any different 2 hers, Ive seen loads of pics on sofem etc and i dont think u can notice a difference between unders and overs. Normally the surgeon decides depending how much existing breast tissue u have normally if u dont have much or any they go under the muscle and if u have enough 2 cover the implant they go over. Lizzie. if you are at all worried about anything Mr Kazzazi is you best bet. I am nearly 4 months post op had 500 cc under with Mr Kazzazi, gone from a 32 a/aa to 32 ff/g, wow they are the most natural aswell. I did not ask for anything I left it up to him as he knows what your body can take – he will always talk to you afterwards aswell, the after care is really good cos you always have lots to ask. No dnt cancel, u just need 2go bk and tel him ur wories, or if ur realy woryin, ask 2c mr kazzazi? Theres no harm in goin 2c him? And asymetrical boobs do show up more with implants so i defo wud ask 4 difrent size implants, just 4peace of mind? Dnt wory it wil all work out!x

Yeah, I definitely think I need to see him again. Don’t know whether to see if I can see Mr Kazzazi, cos I know he does ops on Fridays and Saturdays, which would be better for us, with regards to getting someone to watch the kids and hubby won’t need to miss as much work, as he has most weekends off to start with. I think I need to have a slightly bigger implant in one than I do in the other. Nothing was mentioned in the consultation, he just said that I wasn’t symmetrical and I wouldn’t be after surgery either. I think the diference in size at the moment would be more obvious after the op, especially if the implants are the same size. My head is done in so much (and hubbys) to the point I feel like cancelling everything!!!! xx

Yeah gonna get a v pillow, it is a must I think. Mr Traynor told me no bra what so ever for 6 weeks. He likes the implants drop into place naturally. A bra will prevent this from happening. xx

I wrote stuff down too and took it with me, cos I knew I would just go blank when I got in there. I think cos I tried hp I presume thats what I will be getting, never thought of asking until it was too late. (back home to late) Have you decided what cc you are going to have then Han? I think the 410s would give you the look you want. You don’t want them to ripple. I know this can sometimes happen if you go too big. Did you ask Mr Traynor if your boobs would start to droop after a few years, if you went for the bigger implant? I will stay with Mr Traynor I think. They all have good reviews, just wish I could have it done sooner!!! xx

460s what will that make you? I’m having unders, didnt say if they were going to be high profiles or not. In my first consultation last week I tried the hp for size, but will have to check. I was offered the old faithfuls as you know. He said he wouldn’t be able get anything bigger in, but as you know I don’t want the fake look, (too old for that.) I thought Mr Traynor was alright but someone else on here has advised me to see Mr Kazzazi aswell. Don’t know what to do cos I’m already booked in to have it done. Just changed from staying over night to a day case yesterday. What do you think of Mr Traynor? I was offered an appointment for surgery next week yesterday, but my youngest daughter has an hospital appointment herself, (she is diabetic) so I couldn’t take them up on that offer (I was so gutted, but my children have to come first) You haven’t got long to wait now hun!!!! How excited must you be!! :rolling:

Mr Traynor let you go biggar then hun? Did you bully him into it? lol. It was very busy in clinic wasn’t it. We got there at 1.30 to have my medical but ended up seeing the surgeon first so it wasn’t too bad. Was that you who I said ‘Hi’ to as I came out from seeng Lisha? (sat with the little one in pram by Lisha’s room.) Mr Traynor suggested 340cc for me. Don’t want them to bigger than a d anyway and I want them to look natural!! I have read somewhere on here about someone having part unders, but can’t remember what she is called or if she has had them done or is getting them done!! xx

I was told before i went down that i was having overs but when i came round that wasnt that case, hehe. I had little tissue at the top of my breast and told the surgeon that i wanted them to look natural, so im assuming that there wasnt enough tissue to achieve this. They look natural and im really happy with them.

The only thing that i would recommend is lots of warm layers to go home in, its a very strange/uncomfortable feeling when you get cold for the first couple of weeks.

i was told that i had partial unders. I was also concerned about sagging and asked about this at my pre and post op appointment. I was told to treat them as real boobs, so a good bra during the day and let them relax at night. With any implant you will find that they will enventually start to ‘go south’ its only natural, but by giving them good support you will reduce the chances of this happening really quick.

I had 420’s and wouldnt change the size. If i was you i would go bigger or ask your surgeon which he thinks will suit you more. I didnt have a choice of implant sizes i was just recommended one which totally took the presure off. I wanted to get a nice D/DD and ended up with an F…. they dont look that big though!

i havnt had them done yet but my friends have and they said once you wear a really good bra all the time you will reduce the drooping.keep the lacy numbers for special occasions.they wear sports bras to bed and always get measured.you need to look after them.drooping will happen naturally anyway but this will reduce it.hope this helps a bit
