Girls I’m 5 days post op and I’m getting better everyday that’s not my worry. But, I was wearing a Royce bra so so comfy but in a 32D and it was really digging in under my arms etc so I went to get a bigger size and I’m much more comfy now however….. I’m worried because my boobs haven’t seemed to changed any way size or shape.. The swelling has gone down but when I look at other girls pictures 5 days post op there’s look more boob like already… Have I done damage wearing to small a sports bra…. Ahhhhh! Please help any advice would be great xx

No u won’t have done damage. Everyone is different, your own recovery will be totally differnt to some1 else’s so please don’t worry or compare. 5 days is really early I had takes on at day 5 but days 6 when I had them off they was small n pointy lol. They will be fine huni xx

Hun your 5 days PO, give it a few weeks an u will start seeing changes! I’ve only started seeing some real changes and I’m 4 weeks PO lol..I doubt because u was wearing a smaller bra that u done damage but if I was u I would buy a 32e sports bra soon..I had 410 unders from a 32a and I’m now in a 32E/F sports bra! Also give ur boobs an hour a day to “breath” and take your bra off..that will help xx

Thanks for replying girls. Just needed some reassurance I guess :) I’m in a bigger sports bra much more comfy I was just worrying because although I’m feeling better and can move my arms they haven’t really changed and are still very pointy. I know 5 days is early days you can’t help but think oh no what have I done haha. Can’t wait to see the changes :) thanks so much feel better now xx
