450cc and starting with a 34 b !!

Has any1 had a 450cc overs ??
I’m just curious to know more !!
I’m having mine done on the 3rd March , I’m a 34 b at the mo !!
I’ve had 2 kids and yet was told I Dnt need a uplift , so I’m having 450cc !! I wanted to be a d/e ? I’m also having uhp to !!

What are your stats Hun? I’m also an empty 34b having 650hp and Feati said I’d be a DD/E. How can the sizes differ so much lol, worried I’ll be enormous now!! Who’s your surgeon? Xxx

Hey. I was 32b pre op. And 450 hp partials and now messure 32e (home messured) will be 6 weeks post op next thursday will get properly messured then. Good luck xx

I’d love to see more pics of ultra high profiles. It’s might be a dumb question but why do people go for these over regular high profiles ?
I have more breast tissue being an emptyish D cup so was wondering which is better UHP or HP
