450cc for 34d

Hi girls I’m all booked for surgery with Dr mounir at preston on the 30th Aug.
Im 37 yrs young and size 12, and 9 and a half stone.
Iv wanted my boobs done now for 23yrs and now I’m doing it.
Does anyone have any pic of before and after surgery bust size of 34d with 450cc 0r 500cc or does anyone now what my outcome size would possibly be.
