    Hi Girls, I would really appreciate all the help i can get!! im thinking of having my boobs done in October and have been advised by Mr kazzazi to go over the muscle with 460’s as i have enough breast tissue. Im very worried about getting this right! i would really appreciate as many pics and advise about overs that i can get! My email is liz_666_88@hotmail.com. Thanks girls xxx

    hi Lilliz….

    I am 4 weeks post op now and had 460cc overs at highgate…. I was an empty 34b before and am a size 8-10 and 5’6…. I am now wearing a 34e sports bra…. they have settled a lot since having my op but not completely…. i’m guessing I will be at least a DD once they totally settle…. I haven’t had any problems at all with mine, I was only in pain the day after the op and have been fine ever since, my scars have healed lovely too….. What size are you at the moment? I had my surgery done with Mr Falladhar and he was excellent, couldn’t recommend him more, he’s done a great job and was really good afterwards, making sure I was happy with the results etc…. when I went for my check up with the nurse he was at my clinic and asked if he could come and see my boobs… he didn’t have to do that either cos my appointment was with the nurse not him, thought it was nice that he was concerned.

    Hiya Kirsty….

    Sorry but I haven’t got any photo’s I can’t find the lead to upload them on to my pc…. lol….. I was offered 410 and 460’s and am so pleased I chose the 460’s…. think I’d have been disappointed if I’d had the 410cc as evern though I’m wearing 34e sports bra now they really don’t look that big in clothes…. probably look like a D cup…. Which surgeon is doing yr op? xx

    hey lucky no worries hun.. well I am really undecided between 410cc and 460cc!! confused.. want them to look big but not HUGE if you know what I mean.. marion grob is doing mine in Highgate but I have not come across many girls that have had her xxx

    Hi Luckyme! Thank you very much for your reply! Im currently a C Cup so hopefully will be going up to a DD. Its good to hear how pleased you are with your new boobs and the whole experience! i was a little worried with overs as i had always heard that unders are better so i really appreciate hearing how happy you are. Im not too fussed about them looking “natural” as i do like the very round look, dont get me rong i wouldnt want them to look stuck on lol but would like them too look round with a higher profile. If you do manage to get some pictures up i would really appreciate having a look! xxxx
