460cc too small…

Ooooo i just dont know what to do…. i want to acchive a E cup. originally i was advised to go for 410cc by the surgeon then asked if i could up it to 460s and that was ok. but after reading loads of other posts etc i dont think 460s will take me to what i wanna be but aparently surgeon wont go any bigger… i now feel even stronger that i want bigger, ie 525s! should i get a few diff sergeons opinions and see if they will give me what i want?

i am currently a 34b, 8stn, size 8-10 and am around 5 7″.

Hi there, i had 460.s. i too was a 34b, i have been measured and now i am a 34 ff/g depending on the bra. I can send you some pics if you want to show you. Id say go for the biggest you can, as much as they will let you. i could have had 410, 460 or 525. i wish i had gone for 525 in some ways, more boob greed i think, but i am extremely pleased with my 460’s and they look great in tops whilst still looking natural. hope this helps, thanks

hi rebecca… what size are you aiming for? are you having overs or unders? what sergen u with? personnaly id rather come out a bit bigger that what i wanted than i bit smaller…. so many girls say they wish thay had gone bigger, and i dont wanna be 1 of those. if i wer u id go 4 th 460s xx

I am aiming for DD the only issue is my boobs are between grade 2 and 3 so the bigger I go the sooner I will need an uplift in the future. I’ve seen dr aurakzi in Manchester was going to go for partials but going for overs now, high profile (personally I don’t get why anyone wants low profile)

I’m scared that 460 overs will look links 2 basketballs stuck on me, be use their over I don’t want you to be able to see the whole implant if you get what I mean! X

iv never herd of boob grades b4, so what does that mean? i think low profile give a more natural look.

yeah i know what u mean but im sure they will look fab. i think over are better cz with unders there more likely to drop (sag) so iv herd.

Hey sean123carley, overs are more likely to sag as opposed to unders because unders are placed behind the muscle which provdes support acting like an internal bra whereas overs have no such support. Low profile has the widest base but smallest projection x

I had my ba 14 months ago, and i was a 34b and had 380cc high profile overs and now a 34e I’m 5’7″ and size 10/12 and weigh 10 stone, so heavier than you.

I’m sure 460 would get you to an e cup hunni x

Hi there carley i was a 34c really saggy!! had 525cc overs nearly 6weeks ago and am now a 32g..was measured at a 32gg.. i love them im size 8-10..8andhalf stone..

he said mine had a droop wen had consultation mentioned uplift next time round..

what does grades mean??? he said bigger better with the sag as would hold them up and fill them..i also advise high profile its great after the empty saggyness xx

The grades is how low your nipples are and how much your boobs have dropped vie had two kids so they are a little bit saggy.

If your a grade 4 you need an uplift grade ones can go behind the muscle etc.

I’m scared of bottoming out with unders so I’m glad I’ve got overs plus less blood and mess lol

Ooooo i see lol. yes this is what i was saying in the earlier post… about them bottoming out (i described it as ‘dropping’ ‘sagging’) lol, is it the same thing? and it is more likely in inders?

No bottoming out is when you get unders and the implant drops so hat you and see it under the muscle I believe! The bottom of the implant drops below where the muscle ends so you get 2 creases! I am sure that’s what he said it was anyway xxx
