48 hrs post op and feel ill !! Started by: ltdedition1987

I’m 5 days post op Hun and for the first 3 days I felt so ill and culdent stop throwing up and I rang the nurse and she said it was down to the pain killers try not to take them on an empty stomic! I stopped taking pain killers on day 3 and I feel great now I’m still in a little bit of pain but nothing major and the sickness has completely gone! you will start to feel alot better in the next couple of days I know it’s hard to believe that now y ur feeling so I’ll but I promise it does get better xx

OMG The bloating!! My stomach was bigger than my boobs! My husband asked if the surgeon had put an implant in the wrong place (cheeky beggar!) It was a bit worrying but it WILL go down, although mine took about 2 weeks before it looked anything like before the op so again, give it time and just try not to look at your tum too much and try to move around a bit. Get well soon and it WILL be worth it. xx
