480cc overs! Help!!

I’ve just had my final appointment with my surgeon, Dr Mounir, and he’s decided on overs and ultra high profile for me. He gave me a choice of 480, 535 or 590 and I chose 480 to achieve a E approx.

I am slightly puzzled to why he said “overs” as my skin is quite thin and there is no real volume at the top of my breast. Can someone reassure me that everything will look ok? My surgery is on 6th August and I’m super excited but also a little bit anxious.

Has anyone else had overs at 400-500cc? How do they look etc? Thanks in advance xxx

I had overs, only 350 mind, but I was expecting my surgeon to say unders as I was incredibly flat chested. But I love mine!. I’m sure he wouldn’t let you have such a big implant over the muscle if there isn’t enough room for it x

Hey Hun, I’ve just had 375cc overs and I had no boob at all, didn’t even fill a AA cup, but I am very broad and heavier than all you girls. I was shocked too when Mr Marcellino said overs , but I thought he’d know better. So far mine are ok, I’m 16days PO xxx

Brilliant, thank you so much ladies 🙂 I was just shocked as I was positive he’d say unders or partials. It’s probably to avoid bottoming out and correcting a little bit of sagging. I can’t wait. Do you have photos? Xxx
