4MPO can I sleep on my front?

I’m 4MPO and completely healed. I’m on holiday right now and really need to tan my back lol can I lay on my front? I’ve been avoiding it because I’m scared I’m going to damage my implants by squishing them too much.

I’m sorry, I can’t help, but I’m keen to hear what people say as I often sleep on my front and was wondering if that will be a thing of the past! x
