Before surgery I was supposed to have 350cc overs, I was freaking out they’d be too big so I was also considering 325cc. Everyone said go bigger (note to self, take advice). On the day of the surgery the surgeon suggested going under, even though I had drilled in my head overs, I let her decide on the table… she knew what was best. So I had woken up with 350cc unders.

    Advice:
    1. Before your op really imagine what your boobs are going to look like with implants. I think I obsessed too much on investigating other people’s boobs and didn’t think that much about the end result for my boobs.
    2. Be honest with yourself, I think I wanted bigger boobs all along but was so worried about people noticing and other opinions, at the end of the day, really think about what you want to see.
    3. Boob blues is a thing, 4 weeks on and I really wish I went bigger some days I feel like I haven’t had anything done as I started off with a lot of breast tissue to start with and wide breasts. Apparently patience is key so let’s see how it goes.
    5. V pillows really do help, get one!
    6. After 8 days I felt significantly better, although day 2 I puked and I also got thrush, natural reaction to antibiotics- the first week is far from glamorous. Although I was very nervous about recovery and even being under the muscle have been pleasantly suprised! But everyone’s different!
    6. Sleeping is the worst thing about it all. Sack the boob pain, the bloody back pain! Once you can lay flat still use the v pillow to nuzzle your kneck into it!!

Just thought I’d share my journey seen as yours have helped me a lot!
