    i really dunno how im gonna make it till my post op to wash my barnet lol how did u all cope with this???

    I got my mum to wash it for me. I used a chair and leant back over the sink x

    Hey flicky1 – I phoned my local hairdressers and booked a wash for £6. Best money I ever spent. Great as just sat in chair and tipped head back whilst someone washed it. Lush! x

    My husband washed mine over the shower tray in my en suite. I found the position easier than over the bath. I’m 9 days po now and I can wash it like this myself. You could go to the hairdressers or get a mobile hairdresser out to do it. I thought I’d be able to shower after my po but I’m not allowed until 7 days after the po! Dont know if thats just my nurse/surgeon ir if they all say that. I just want a long hot shower xx

    I washed mine hours after my op leaning over the bath with the shower and I’ve washed it every day since xx

    i know i defo cant lean over the bath lol would kill me! think ill ask my mum to wash it in the sink or something, thanks girls xx

    Awh I see … Yeah I didn’t think of that also, I’m going out for a meal 4 days after my op as is my boyfriends dad big 60th so I’ll have to force myself out xx

    My mum did mine over bath 2 days po and I treated myself to highlights and a cut yesterday at hairdressers. Feels so much better now :) xx
