5 days post op, one bigger than other- did anyone have this and they evened out? Started by: sarah31

    Hi girls,

    I was naturally bigger in my left side pre op. I saw two surgeons and both said not enough difference for different implant sizes but my left looks like a cup size different now!!

    Mr Russo thought perhaps it was a bit more swollen and would be less noticable when they drop but at the mo nothing has changed there’s still a big difference.

    My left is still pretty numb compared to right so hoping it’s not so well heeled.

    Did anyone have this and the difference sorted itself out or got less noticeable?

    I have the same don’t worry, i’m 12 days po. Mine in the same as in my left is swollen and numb & my right has dropped. Just give them time to heal, one will be swollen etc takes time to heal so just hold in there i guarentee they will changes loads over the weeks xxx

    Hiya hun – i had my opp in October last year and i had one very much bigger then the other im now 4months post opp and my boobs look the same it was due to where one was smaller then the other and it was tighter for the implant to go in so it swelled up alot more then the other my boobs are now fine the same size as eachother and im over the moon with them feel free to add me to see what they look like now – hope that helps – im sure they will be fine they are very new still and your body will take time to heal and except them xx

    Thanks a lot girls, was worried I was on my own with this. Not sure if the bigger one is swollen or the smaller one is more squashed under the muscle as the smaller one feels like my muscle is tight and is flexing on it’s own which I hope is part of healing process!

    Guess it’s just a case of being patient hey xx

    It is sarah, some girls on here have to wait months for them to settle, all part of the process but be 100% worth it in the end :) xxx

    Hey hun,

    I had 260cc left and 300cc right and my right was so much higher, bigger and harder post op! I am now 2 weeks post op and it has definitely settled and they look almost identical (still obviously have a bit of ‘fluffing’ etc to do) But don’t worry as surgeon explained it is perfectly normal and fine :) XX

    Thanks nanette that’s reassuring :) Think I’m just having a blue boobie day today thinking they look really small today too, ha well one more than the other! Weird the emotions you go through x
