    is this normal and also im dying to have a proper soak in the bath wen can i x my nipples are really sore and boobs uncomfortable

    I’m still sore too hun. I only have a bath so haven’t been able to have showers but if I’m honest I’ve been gradually slipping down & have proper soaks now :/ still don’t use bubbles though & only sanex zero body wash & then shower off my incisions & use savlon wound wash spray afterwards xxx

    Yes it’s normal. You’ll feel some discomfort probably up to 3 months in one way or another, but unless your incisions are weeping or your boobs are literally burning with heat, you are probably ok. My nipples hurt and itched like mad too, i found vaseline over them helped a little, and lots of ice pads (careful if you have numb area though in case you hold em on too long!) xx
