i got measured in la senza today and am a 34d was 34a before ba i am happy with that as i didnt want to be too big but if i had the option again i would of gone for the slightly bigger size xx

I’d go for the bigger of the options there’s not much difference in the sizes and you’ll be glad you chose the bigger of the pair in the end

I had my op done by Helena Antoniadou and she was FAB! My incisions are SO neat and straight compared to loads I’ve seen. I’m well chuffed

Claire – if you were having unders I would have said go for the 525s but since youre having overs they’ll seem/be bigger. Did you try stuffing the implant sizes into a sports bra? Helena got me to do this and it was pretty accurate even tho it seemed ridiculous! To be honest tho there’s so little difference in sizes it just depends on whether you would rather be slightly bigger i.e. perhaps more an E than a DD. Your surgeon is of course the best person to advise you! I’ll send you my Sofem album anyway so you can see what the 410 unders look like.

Im going for my first consultation at MYA in Manchester tomorrow & trying to decide what size to go up to. Im currently 34b, 5″10, size 10 and was thinking of going up to a D cup. Just wondering if anyone with similar stats has had a ba and would be happy to show me their pics?
Cant decide how big to go!! Want to keep my boobs looking quite natural.

i was told that i was not quie a full b and i was undecieded to have 380 or 410 but i would defo go for the bigger size as i would of been ipset if i hadnt as they are a great size. xx

** Neeny – Knowing what I know now I’d suggest you go for the 410 unders. There’s really very little difference in the sizes so I’d say go for the bigger of the two and you’ll get a fuller size afterwards. It’ll probably only be the difference between a D and a DD but you’ll probably be happier with the 410s after the swelling’s gone down and they’ve settled. DO take your surgeons advice of course but if they’re saying you can choose between the two sizes then go with the 410s.

I’m the same stats as you! I had 410cc high profile unders and am a DD. They don’t look massive or owt tho, I reckon I could have happily gone for the 460s.

I don’t have any up to date pics at the mo but will take some if you’d like to see? I owe some girls on Sofem an update anyway! Lemme know…

Try the rice test hun get a sock an a bag of rice an a measuring jug fill the sock with 380 ml an tie the sock put it in
ya bra if it ain’t big enough add a little more until your satisfied also look in some magazines for peoples breast you like an take them to the surgeon with you to show him how you would like 2 look it helps
