Hi my name is jemma, Im 28 years old and is going to put my deposit down for my second breast enlargement surgery next week..
I was currently a 32a then i had 260cc implants put in 5 years ago which took me to a 32c/d..
Ive been for my second consultation and the surgeon said that he would use 525cc implants which i was very shocked because i have a small frame..( im 5ft1 and 8 stone 2.)
he said that would take me to a 32-34 dd/e..
Has anyone got any info and advice for me on this or has anyone had this size and got photos i can look at to have a look for a size estimate..

I had 410 unders in dec, was a 32a and now measure a 30f!I’m only very small framed (size 6 7st 3) and they def dnt look to big on me I’d love to have been able to have 525!!ixxx
i had 34c natural breasts and 2 days ago had 525cc and am a 34 E, it totally depends on your boobs wat size u will be as i nearly went for 460s as i didnt want to be no bigger then a E but my suregon convinced me that i needed to go big to fill out my very empty wide boobs ( no thanks to my son) lol and im so glad i put my trust in her bekause they look so natural!!
