Try not to panick. I had mine done on saturday and I can honestly say I felt no pain what so ever the whole time I was in the hospital. Obviously it felt strange and slightly uncomfortable but literally I was scared about everything: the cannula, the GA, the waking up part, having the drains removed etc and it was all ok.
I would say it gets worse when you leave the hospital. But still not to the point where it’s something to worry about- I’ve had worse pains from having a bad back! I only had 380 so a bit smaller then you, but i was only a 32A in the first place! Mr Kazzazi seems to be sensible with his implant choice (ie not too bigg/small) so if thats what he recommended, I’m sure they’ll be great!
