    Anyone else had major back ache??? Last few days have been so painful!! X

    Are you still sleeping sat up? I am 3 weeks post op and sleeping propped up still with bean bag under my knees. I am suffering back ache but think it’s because I can’t stretch.

    Hi Hun, no I’m sleeping normally now I feel completely back to normal but last few days I’ve just had really bad back and shoulder ache! Got my check up with the nurse in a weeks time so il mention it then it’s probably just my back isn’t used to having all this boobie weight! X
