615 or 695 ? Advice please Started by: 17billie

Hi im due to get my pip implants out in few weeks,really stuck on size to go with.in 2005 i had 310cc took me from a flat b to a c cup,had them done again in 2007 had 405 cc not much diffrence measuring 34d but look like a c,really want get it right this time,i also had unders both times.im 8st size 10 bottom 8/10 top 5ft 3,so unsure as i dont wanna look to stupid with huge ones but dont wanna regret been to small again just thinking of future problems like sagging/bad back any advice be gratefull thanks x
