Hi girls! I’m now 6 weeks post op and wondering the best and most comfortable sports bras for the gym?

My favourite sports bra is this camo one from Victoria Secret Pink that I have on my instagram (not sponsored lol) but maybe you could just use your post op bra for now if your ultimate goal is support. (I’m still pre op but live at the gym)

What exercises are you now able to do 6 weeks post op? x

I ended up getting one from M&S, its actually really comfortable and supportive!

If I’m honest I’ve only done a bit of light cardio and some lower body stuff – I’m just trying to ease into it as it’s still early days and I’m a worrier so don’t want to do any ‘damage’ haha!x
