    Im 7 weeks po an since friday i havent worn a bra to bed, am i ok to be doing this or should i still be wearing it constantly?? dont wanna cause any problems with them settling by not wearing one, help!! xx

    I always wear a bra to bed the babies are uncomfortable if I dont xx

    I stopped wearing a bra to bed at around nine weeks, years of not wearing one then being restricted annoyed me something rotten xx

    I dont do it often but ive found it alot more comfortable not wearing one! just dont want the to end up settling weird xx
