7wks post op, best bra and bra at night?

Do you still need to wear a bra at night once you are 6wks post op? If so what kind of bra do you wear? Also whats the best bra for everyday wear? xx

I sometimes where my sports bra at night or i have a top with internal support that’s good too.

I have a few underwire bra’s but make sure you spend time choosing them as you want them to fit properly, i found loads were too small at the sides and dug in.

Lots of mine are from Marks and Spencer as they seemed to fit very well

Where did you get the top from please? I think i’d much rather wear a support top than sports bra. Went in M&S for measuring yesterday, but the woman i got wasnt much help, measured band size and said they didnt measure cup and that as i was wearing a sports bra it would make measuring difficult but just to try some on and she would have a look. Going to try la senza today as i like the look of their lucy bra, tho they dont seem to have many colours online in size i think i want.
