7wpo & implant has moved!

As the title says, I’m 7wpo. I had 700cc hp overs.
My right breast has never looked quite the same as my left & the past 2 weeks it’s become even more noticeable, especially since my left has started the drop & fluff. Saw my nurse the other day who thinks the implant has moved!. I’m seeing my surgeon in a few days to find out what’s going on
My question is, does anyone have any experience of this?.
