theres a girl on sofem whos got 1000cc partials so i would of thought they could def do 800cc, surgeons dont tend to do unders much anymore, so when people refer to unders they mean partials anyway xx

I think it depends on your measurements, I could only have 300 under.x

I didn’t know there was a limit! I am hoping for either 340 or 380 unders….eeek is it to do with your frame etc? xx

I think so because I’m quite petite so he said anything over 300 under the muscle would rip the muscle. I see people have had 460+ under the muscle though.x

There is a limit, it depends on factors like your existing breast tissue, the amount of skin you have to cover the implant etc as the implant needs to be able to fit into the pocket the surgeon creates. A lot of women have to have 2 or 3 BA’s to get to the size they want(as the skin will be more stretched so can accommodate bigger), but that’s only if they are wanting really big. All surgeons say diff though as one surgeon told me maximum i could have was 260 and another said 415cc xx

Thanks Ashley, i’m hoping for 340-380 so hopefully i’ll have enough skin etc to get that :-) x

I am sure you will hun and if the surgeon says he can’t fit it, it’s always worth going to see a few more as they may be able to. I am glad i did or i would have ended up with only 260 instead of the 415s i have now! xx
