8months post op, need advice plz

Higirls, im 8 months post op and i love my boobs but since week 2, my left scar is indented like it goes inwards instead of being flat and feels like its almost a hole underneath. Because of this it has stopped the inplant from dropping as much as the other so they look uneaven.

Im goin to see the surgeon in about an hour but this will be the third time ive been about this and he always says its fine and will sort itself out but it hasnt! Should i demand surgery to fix it?

Has any1 had this before?
