8weeks and scar is lumpy help!!

Anyone had this I took a picture to update n noticed my right is smaller still I’m 8 weeks so swelling should have gone… I still have a dent in the right one n when I feel the scar it’s lumpy… Also the right breast from he side looks pointy where the left is round !! X
