    ok its 5.30am an im still wide awake :( ever since i finished my meds ive found it really hard to sleep! i dunno what to do! i dont wanna take sleeping tablets as ive had trouble with them in the past! think im gonna have to stay awake now an ride it out until tonight! ahhh fml!

    I’m dreading the pain n not being able to sleep, is there anything else u can take? Maybe try some herbal remedies for sleep like nytol? X

    mines not even the pain really, i think ive got into a pattern! the raboxin or whatever its called i was given knocked me out an now ive used them all up i cant sleep lol an cos im off work ive slept alot in the day so my patterns messed up i think! gonna try my hardest to stay awake until tonight an hopefully that will sort it out, nytol dont work on me i used to use them an my body got used to them all they do is give me dry mouth lol x
