Last 2 days can’t stop itching, tryed coco butter, bio oil and tonight sudacream an nothing works, so bad tonight I can’t stick it. Has anyone had this an found some quick solution its driving me mad xx

Can you take antihistamines ? I do when my skin itches xx

O god yea, apparently you are healing so it’s a good thing. I went out for my friends bday and I was in the bra scratching away. Very glamourous haha

Thanks I didn’t even think of tablets, will def get some in morning just gotta cope with it tonite then its gonna be a long one xx

Yeah you’re allowed to take piriton along with the other post op meds but maybe ring the nurse to be sure before diving in? I have prescribed antihistamines coz I stupidly live with a cat I’m allergic to haha but the nurse said mine are fine to take even when on antibiotics etc but I found my scars really itchy and took a tablet and it magically helped haha so I’d definitely recommend! Xx
