    Hello girls .. I’ve got my pre op tomorrow one week before my op! Is there anything I should have stoped or should have started doing before one week? Xxx

    Hey Hun, I’ve just had a look on my preparing for surgery sheet and it says no fake tan for 7 days b4 your op. I think you should nt take any supplements either and your supposed to stop the pill but I don’t take it so not sure how long b4 u should stop. Sorry not much help really maybe someone else will be able to help u a bit more! The nurse at pre op will go through everything with u. Good luck :) xx

    Some nurses recommend no drinking the week before, others recommend 48 hours before. It’s best if you can avoid alcohol for as long before as you can though in my opinion. I think it’s no aspirin too, not sure what other painkillers are a no no though, maybe ibuprofen. Your nurse will tell you xx

    Thanks girls! I saw the nurse and she explained everything! will have to start scrubbing the fake tan off haha xx
