A BA and a belly button fixed at the same time??

Hi just wondering if anyone has had a breast enlargement and there belly button re done at the same time? do MYA even do this or would it be two different operations? Iv had my belly button done for 11 years but since having my son my belly button has stretch and sagged and the skin they the bar goes through is literally paper thin.. So Iv had to remove the bar. It looks awful! So as I’m going to be getting a BA I was wondering if they could possibly sort my belly button out at the same time on the same operation?

As you can see with the bar in there’s hardly any skin holoding it in. So with the bar out it looks even worse! Really want it sorting out 🙁

I’ve had 3 kids and mine falls out thru the hole all the time , I’m looking for a belly bar thst has a big ball at the top or a big fastening as I had a perfect 1 That was big and I lost it lol I know how u feel I hate mine just dangling xx
