A few more questions…

Do overs appear bigger than unders and do they heal quicker?

Eventually, will it be possible to sleep on my front again?

Do you lose nipple sensation?

hi there, i dont know if overs appear bigger than unders that im sure pretty much is somthing to do with what size you are and what size implant you have had?

But overs look more fake and unders natural. Unders take 6 to 12 months for the muscle to fully heal, but by all accounts you should feel fine after 6 weeks. where as with overs 6 weeks and all done, there abouts.

and im sure you will sleep on your front again, once all healed. and yes nipple sensation is lost post opp but should return slowly but as with any opp in that area there is always a chance it will never return fully or at all or they can become too sensitive. are you post opp? and are you unders or overs ?

seems everyone got diffrent opinion on this..most girls i spoke to say overs are more natural..it depends what they got to work with and your surgeon will go thro whats best for you and explain all…. :-)x

I need to have overs because I have a slight tubular shape, apparently.

I hope I’ll be able to sleep on my front afterwards, I hope I don’t lose feeling either, that’d be rubbish!

i think my overs are very natural bt also had natrelle responsive implants, so they are more natural looking. iv not lost my nipple sensation, and jst a bit numb underneath still, but only 16days post op. and everyone is different so its hard to say. as for sleeping on my belly, iv really struggled with the upright sleeping cz i alwayss sleep on my belly! the last few nights iv been able to sleep on my side, but i think in a few more week i wil b fine on my belly xx

Overs are meant to be more natural as they allow the breast to hang naturally although unders can do this as well in time. This is why surgeons prefer to do overs unless there is not enough tissue in which case they must go under the muscle xx

hi holly, yes overs do heal quicker than unders, as the muscle is not cut. I had overs 15 months ago, and i have not lost any nipple sensation, also i can sleep on my front okay. Overs and unders can look natural, so take the advise of your surgeon hun, i love my overs! Happy to answer any other questions hun xx
