Just thought I’d share with you all after post yesterday about sleeping position. Lastnight I actually had a full nights sleep! Decided to try and lie a bit flatter rather than almost sitting – and it worked! Slept so well! Wasn’t too bad getting up this morning either – I was no more sore than if I’d slept sitting up, and my backs not aching today!yay! Thought I was never going to sleep properly again! :). X

Hi girls, had op on tuesday, slept (or tried to sleep) pretty much sitting up since and my bum/lower back was sooooo sore from the pressure. Last night (night 5) I still slept on my back but just had 3 pillows and v pillow making gradual slope so my chest was slightly higher than the rest if my body. Not sure if morning would have been too uncomfortable if I’d done it much before last night, but wanted all to know it gets easier real soon! Xx

Here’s hoping tonight you’ll get just as good a sleep.

I know it sounds really silly but try a cup of hot chocolate or malt drink before bed. It might settle you a bit?

Just an old wives tail eh :P

    xx
