A question to Mr Chantarasak girls..

Hiya, im having my BA done with Mr. C on the 7th June. Just curious to know what his methods are..? Does he leave strapping on after op for a week or take it off? Andd what sort of stitches does he use? Thankss xx

No strapping, I was bandaged – which came off following day, had white dressing pad over incisions. Stitches not dissolvable. Scars look fab at 2 weeks post op xx.

Thank you for replying!! Ahh right, sounds good.. im a day case though so will he take them off before i go home in the evening? Im scared about the stitches! Never had to have them before.. are they painful when being taken out?? Do they numb it or anything? :S xx

Hey emma…I had mr C same day as Chrissy 2 weeks ago ! I was day case.. I just took off my bandages which go round your back the next morning when I got up then put a sports bra straight on…..small dressing over the incisions that the nurse takes off 1 week later…

stitches dont hurt at all.. the nurse just makes one single cut in the end & they pull straight out honestly sounds worse than it is…. good luck with your op…

Ive got Mr C on the 24th. Glad 2 hear he wont use that sticky strapping. I didnt know that. x

I had him – bandaged which came off the next day – no dissolvable stiches..just regular stitched which the nurse removed on my 7 day check – very quick and no pain – my incision is soooo tiny and flat – i am exactly 14 day post op and my scar is totally healed externally – and totally flat and smooth.

He is really neat.
