Can anybody help me get a clearer picture of the types of implants and what they mean?
I went for my consultation with Mr Adamo and he has recommended I go for the Inspira implants. Does anyone know what the differnece between these are the normal CUI implants that MYA use??
Also I am having medium-high profile implants? what does this mean and what is the difference between low, medium and high??
I want them to look really natural and I dont want them to look round….do you think this may be why he has suggested the Inspira range or does this have nothing to do with it??
Also i was very suprised for him to suggest me having overs rather than unders, can you still achieve a natural look with overs?
Sorry for all the questions but I think I am actually more confused now than I was before?? (I think excitement took over and I didnt pay as much attention as I should) x THnaks girls, dont know what I would do without you all. xx
id ring and speak to your pc they will tell you the difference. If need be go back in and speak with Mr Adamo.
i had the inspira ones because i had limited tissue at the top and there was more chance of rippling with the CUI ones.
i had partical unders and they look natural.
:jumping:if you dont mind me asking but have you had children ,that makes a diff if you have overs or under the muscle and if you have alot of breast tissue or not, i had 460cc over i had quite abit of breast tissue so that why mr Adamo said overs and i wanted the really natural look and iam a week and half post op and there looking good ,and overs give more of a natural look and your meant to heal abit quicker, after reading alot of other girls experiances ,some girls say they can fell the implant rubbing on the bone abit when they have had unders done ,try and read through the forum there alot ,and youll get alot of help ,remember everyone is diff with there experiances but reading them do help.when you get your ba done ,they give you a book all to do with the type of implant they use,so i will give it a good read so i can help with med /high profile i just took mr Adamo advice, if you go on mya home page there one you can go on that explains the med /high profile ,
Hi Millie – Mr Adamo did my op in August, and because i’ve had 3 children and plenty of breast tissue, he recommended CUI 380 high profile overs for me, and i’m really pleased with how natural they look. I would take his advice, as he is a brill surgeon. The main differance between low, medium and high implants is the projection (lows being a flatter implant, and highs having more projection) xx
Thanks girls for your help.
The reason why I was suprised he said over is because I am only a 34a, and no kaz I havent had children. I no many people have said he is a great surgeon and to just trust what he says……which i will, but just wanted to get some clarification!!
Would any of you girls mind sending me your pics?? (emilydixon_24@hotmail.com). since you all say you look lovely and natural that has made me feel a lot happier!! and jojo he said if I really wanted ot have unders then I could have partial unders like you….i didnt even realise you could have these
Thanks again for all your help
