i think you’ll still need to take a week off regardless of what kind of work you do you need to rest and let your body repair itself. they recommend from 1-2 weeks.
i think i’m going to take 8 days off and see how that goes.

Definitely take at least a week of hun, you will be tired and achy hopefully not in much pain, give your body time to rest n heal 🙂 xxx

I’m two weeks post op and going back to work on Saturday, I have been feeling fine for a week but I still get tired when I do things around the house plus the weird pains and aches, twinges & super sensitive and sore nipples don’t help haha! I would definitely have at least 1 week off!! Your body will need to rest xxx

I work as a receptionist and have taken 2 and a half weeks off work. It’s huge thing for your body to go through, you need time to relax and recover afterwards. You don’t realise how much it affects you. Plus your aren’t allowed to shower for at least a week. I had to wait 11 days until I was allowed and I wouldn’t want to be going out to work without getting a shower first. Good luck hun xxx
