Im so upset today I have had 2 txts from my pc asking how much of my balance has been paid ermmmm excuse me you should know ???? Next thing I’ve set my heart on what I’m having and then bang she calls saying she’s added it up wrong I’ve pretty much paid my whole operation and even got my admission time and she claims she forgot to add another 700pound like I ain’t paid enough already and whos fault is that not mine!!!? Talk about communication problem I’m livid I would never ring up my clients asking them what they owe my company. So shocked I feel like crying I had my heart set on mya even when I went into my second meeting with mr Russo he hadn’t made no notes so said one thing the first time and a completely different thing the next. – to which my pc said ‘ oh maybe he was having an off day before” off day are you actually kidding me he’s a surgeon getting thousands off me I dont want to hear he’s have an off day. Think I’m going to go else where. I’m heart broken, sorry for the negative comment but I’m so upset and no ones in my house to cry to. What a waste of time. Xxxxx
That’s awful hun, really beyond the joke. I’d be livid too. You need to ask them for a break down of everything you owe and ask for a price list. I’m sure MYA tailor make their prices for each individual when that’s not how it should be at all. A BA is a BA, and I paid the standard set price even for having tubulars, which need a lot of work done to them. I have to say, I am so glad I went with the company I did and not any high street ones like MYA, HMG etc. Hope you get this sorted asap. xx

Oh no thats awful!! they seem really good and was quite looking forward to getting it done with them. Will you get all your money back?? they quoted me £3850 for day surgery, is that what they said for you? Where you thinking of going now? I’ve been to mybreast, transform and harley medical and didnt really like any of them. xx
