Accidently hit nose :( help?!

In my half-asleep state I somehow managed to whack my nose and now I’m worried I’ve damaged it I’m only 6 days post op! I hit it from underneathe so sort of knocking the tip of my nose upwards. And yesterday I sneezed through my nose accidently which they say not to do :S

It doesn’t hurt but there’s a sort of throbbing feeling. Do you think I should call my patient coordinator or just wait another 6 days until my splint is taken off and tell them there?

i wouldnt worry if you got cast on! i hit my nose so many times with cast on and without. i actually hit it lastnight in my sleep but all ok! as long as you donnt literally smash it its fine! just try be more careful and it will throb abit mine did for ages when i hit it. im 2months post op now and if i knock it, it still throbs! ring the nurse if your unsure tho but with the cast on i really doubt any damage has been done x

you’ll be fine. Iv also hit my nose, i think everyone does at some point. also the cast really protects your nose, dont worry xx
