hi im 3wk po now n i wondered is it normal to still ache after sleeping?

i find sleeping on my back and side ok now with no pain but when i wake up it feels like my boobs have been pushed up towards my face lol and they feel quiet tender and high for a while after waking.

it also feels sore when i wash/rub along the top of my boobs. im assuming its where the implant starts.

is anyone else feeling this way???

    xx
