Aching today

I’m 9days PO today and I’m aching abit today. Still not in any pain just an ache. I had my post op yesterday and the nurse was really gently when she cleaned my wounds then i had my first night out last night and was on a bar stool all night but think I may have been hunched forward abit because of not having a back n the stool. I’m hoping just a combination of the 2 things is what’s making me feel tender
