Added new pre & post op pics

Added a pre op pic of drawings by Adamo to show where my crease was lowered.

And just to remind u lovelys I had 375 ehp overs, im still undecided if im truly happy, im just hoping there is still a lot of changing to take place, not as natural as I had hoped but they are a massive improvement.

I measure a 28G but I have been wearing a 32dd today I already had and the fit isn’t too bad really!
