How’s the sore throat Amy? I’m now on antibiotics so wondering if that’s the problem?

Sore throat went sophie but woke up yesterday with a runny nose. But its not too bad. Just hoping it will clear up by Wednesday. Soooo excited now 😀 xx

I must have had mine Wednesday and was informed I wouldn’t get my time until a day before! So hold out a little longer but ring later just in case 🙂

I work in and out of hospitals so I’m literally washing my hands every 2 seconds along with my ambulance! Can’t afford a cold!!

Try some olbas oil in some boiling water 🙂 but it in a saucepan over the hob and just take the steam 🙂 also for your sore throats put honey and lemon in hot water! Find it works a treat! 🙂
