Admission times/leaving times

Hey Girls,

Just got my admission time which is 11am on Tuesday in Preston, anyone that had this admission time, what time were you taken through to surgery and what time were you able to leave the hospital?

I know it says no food 6 hours before, is it just water that can be had within the 6 hours? Wondering if I can have tea/coffee when i wake up.

You can only have clear liquids so think in previous ops I have had I was told this is water or tea with no milk up to 2 hours before.
I’m 10 on Thursday in London. I looked back at posts to see when people went down but it varied hugely. I think realistically I’m expecting to go down around 1pm and discharged around 5/6pm so maybe just add an hour on for u? X
