ADVICE……410 overs or 460 unders

Mr K given me the choice n really unsure what’s best wanting to look natural but from a b cup to a d/dd and not sure best way under or over!!! xx

I went 460 unders from a 34b chick with Mr K. I’m 9 days post-op. Have some pics up if you want a look. They have some dropping and softening to do yet…. x

I’m 410cc overs from b/ empty c. Do have some pics too if you want to have a look x

I had 410 unders from a A. Had the choice of unders and overs. I weighed up the pro’s and cons of both from what the surgeon told me and the unders out weighed the overs. Also Remember you lose a bit of size with unders so 460 unders will look like 410 overs xxx

I don’t really get the difference between the 2 though which is better etc I’m wanting natural look where poss but is there a big difference between the 2??? Confused x

if your wanting natural unders are better. google the pros n cons. unders seem to be best xx

I’ve just quickly copied what I wrote on another post about a month ago.

These are the pro’s to unders:

1. Unders are also easier to detect breast cancer

2. Less chance of capsular constraction because of the muscle massaging the implant

3. Less chance of bottoming out

4. Less chance of sagging later in life due to muscle holding the implant

5. And more natural looking

Hi Lexie, I had 460 unders 6 days ago and I would say go under rather than over for all those reasons above with u being small I personally have found the whole thing painfull aparentley coz iv had unders but feeling big better now day 6. What u should do is look at allll implant options with ur pc ask her to explain the pros and cons get them earning their money!! Good luck x x x

Thankyou yeah I was leaning more to unders I think that’s the best bet for me n even though he said willbe more uncomfortable for a week as stretches over the muscle it’s all about the long run n I think for the above reasons 460s it is xx

If ur quite flat and want to achieve a more of a cleavage and fuller look then I’ve been told overs will achieve this the choice is urs tho I’m gettin 410 overs on 6th June x x x

460 unders will prob look like 410 overs as ull loose some size going under. so size wise i wouldnt say they’d look much different. i had 410 unders and they hurt like hell wish i cud of had overs lol xx
