advice about my wounds

all is looking good, and healed lovely when i took my dressing off yesterday at the advice of the nurse, however there is a tiny scab on the joining wound from the incision underneath to the one up to the nipple. this scab is a little yellow and weeping a tiny bit, not sore, or red, or swollen. im going to call the nurse on my lunch but wondered if its something i should worry about, anyone else had the same or dimilar? xxx thanks chickies xx
