    Hello..
I had strapping on and a surgery bra but now my strapping is off and they told me to get a surgery bra that was more round neck than v shaped.. but it doesn’t feel tight and I don’t know if it’s because I’m used to the strapping and the bra that Im just worried.. but how tight should it feel? Mine fits but it just fits and it isn’t really tight or anything if that makes sense.. and im worried it should be really tight? Please help:(( xxx

Hi Claudette I used the M and S zip up front extra high impact sports bra! Nothing was going to move these babies they were well and truly held in place! I was measured as a 32 but bought a 34 as it looked really tiny, I’m glad I did I don’t know if I would have coped in a smaller one! It fits tight but it’s not uncomfortable I was worried that they would sag and fall out hahahahaha xx

So if it’s too tightly won’t stop them from developing nicely?? I’m scared it might make them come out weird from.beimg squashed but then not tight enough they will say.. it’s horrible I hate making decisions like this. I’m a 32 but mine is a 34 and I’m.scared it might not be tight enough round my ribs but then it feel really tight on my boobs.. xxx

I have tried several bras, the first one my surgeon recommended me to get felt majorly tight and made my boobs look a weird shape, so brought an m and s post surgery bra which weren’t flattering but ok, but decided to go with an m and high impact sports bra as see so many people recommend them and love it, defo keeps them in place ???? Xx

IVe had unders and was told by the nurse on my first check up that the bra doesn’t need to be super tight as it’s all under the muscle anyway. AS long as it fits comfortable and I wear the breast band x
