Got my op tomorrow and there’s lots of silly questions I need answering if any of you can help. Do I need a v pillow? Can I wear moisturisers on my face ? What about makeup? Even mascara ha ? Do I need pjs and dressing gown ? Can I shower in the morning and what’ with

Try not to stress, you will be fine!
I would def get a v pillow for at home as I brought 2 and they have saved my life at nighttime when I need to be propped up to sleep. No makeup/moisturiser/deodorant on day of op. You can shower in the morning beforehand and I used hibiscrub which is a body wash for use before operations etc. I packed a dressing gown and slippers and didn’t need them as they provide you with little slipper things and the hospital is hot so no need for a dressing gown. If you’re a night stay then you could take pjs but I’ve heard most say they stayed In their gowns overnight. (I was a day stay).
Other than that maybe your phone charger? A magazine for when you’re waiting around? ….. I really didn’t use anything u took lol!
