ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE GIRLS ON SIZING & HOTELS !!!!!

Hi girls i now to this and was after some advice about sizing and also hotels, i got my appointment on the 25th of may in london with mr singh, i been told i will need over but dont really understand all this sizing stuff i hopping to achieve a DD just wondered the sizing as if mr singh offers me a size i will know if its going to be to small or not, also any idears of some hotels close to hight gate many thanks stacey
