advice on incisions

Had my strapping of today and my left incision has healed really nice but it feels really tight and sore and still needs to drop whereas my right incision was woozing slightly and needed to have a patch put back on it for five days but does not hurt and has dropped more tyen the left. Has anyone else experienced the really tight incision?
