I am looking to have rhinoplasty done at the Newcastle clinic (which is the closest clinic to me) the only problem is that I live 180 miles away and a train ride is £70, which I feel is a waste of money because this could be used towards my surgery instead. The megabus is not an option for me as there are only 2 outbound and 2 return times and these are useless. I was just wondering if anyone knew if you could open a piggy bank without having an initial consultation? Like if you can send photos of your nose and explain what you want done instead of going into the clinic? I should have £2,500 saved up by May next year, and my partner says he may consider getting finance for me if he can see that I am able to save, so that would be good.
Any advice would be really appreciated! 🙂
