    Hey Hun!! happy healing!!
I had a shock absorber off amazon for about £22.00, that’s comfy and its a zip up at the front.
i also had a £2.50 one from Primark and this was surprisingly supportive for me!! and now ive got a sports bra from misguided at £10.00!! xxx

I have a similar question my M&S one was too tight so I want to order another one, my Miss Guided one is so comfy so was going to order another one of them but I’m wondering if I should be wearing one with more support in it than that as I’m only a day post op? xx

Im 5 weeks post op so i would recommend something like a shock absorber/macom for your first 1/2 weeks. Its tight on me so it is supportive for me personally. The Primark one was tight too depending what size you get. I got a medium for my 450cc implants. I will also be investing in another Shock absorber for when i go horse riding and the gym to be on the safe side but general day to day use they were all fine for me 🙂 xxx
