Advice on the care and service of MYA

Hi, I am new to the forum and have been thinking about breast implants for over two years now and have finally taken the plunge to decide to get them. My only problem is that currently on the forum there have been complaints about the service of MYA including rescheduling appointments and not getting through to PC? My first consultation with my PC was slightly rushed and I am considering looking else where if the common theme is that MYA aren’t as attentive as they portray?

Thoughts/ Opinions?

I am also booked in for a consult with Dr Shiva Singh and was wondering on experiences with him? I want unders and the soft touch for more info.

iT REALLY DEPENDS ON YOUR CLINIC I THINK….I AM WITH GLASGOW CLINIC AND THEIR SERVICE IS AMAZZZZING. MY PC EVEN SAT WITH ME FOR NEARLY 2 HOURS BEFORE SURGERY AS I WAS ALONE AT HOSPITAL. HONESTLY JUDGE FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE USUALLY U HEAR BAD STUFF BEFORE GOOD IN LIFE I THINK. THEY WOULDNT HAVE A FORUM IF THEY DIDNT WANT TO FIND OUT THEIR FAULTS AND FIX THEM XXXXXXXXXXXX

I totally agree Hun. Leeds mya have been fantastic with me so far and my pc is amazing. But like everything in life NOTHING can be 100% perfect all the time. I have asked sooo many questions too lol and my pc has even arranged meetings with 3 surgeons for me just so I know I will get the results I’m after. Well worth giving them a shot Hun as a lot of these other companies out there have really bad reputations at the mo. I wouldnt trust anyone else BUT mya and their surgeons at the min xxxc

so far i am have no problem with manchester i had a check up tomorrow they have txt me and emailed me to remind me x x

I agree too honey, I’ve had a few issues with them but that doesn’t mean that everyone gets treated in the same way! I’ve read so many positive things that I shouldn’t let it worry you,

Good luck & f you do have a problem let them know straight away & if your pc isn’t helping then ask to speak to her manager xx
